PMI SERVICES

07. XRF LEAD (PB) DETECTION SERVICES

Have a certified XRF technician bring a handheld analyzer to your location to test for and detect lead paint, residual lead traces in soil and on surfaces, or lead contamination in foreign products.

Results will be professionally reported with quick turnaround and/or adhesive warning labels will be applied to lead-bearing surfaces. This service enhances safety by quickly detecting and labeling lead contamination for remediation as required by WorksafeBC, Health Canada and OHS regulatory bodies.

This service can be part of a robust environmental program by testing grounds and sites before and after heavy metal remediation activities, ensuring compliance to the highest levels.

This is an executive service provided to clients within Canada and internationally.

NOTE: XRF analyzers generate X-rays when energized, and some travel restrictions apply.

08. IN-HOUSE ALLOY AND NON-FERROUS MATERIAL TESTING

Send your unknown alloy samples in to our laboratory in Prince George, BC to be tested by certified technicians using Xray fluorescence and have the chemical composition accurately measured and reported.

This service is an excellent aide in identifying unknown alloys and also an important part of a robust API RP 578 program.

Samples can be returned at client cost or disposed of upon satisfactory receipt of the results by the client.

09. IN-HOUSE PRECIOUS METAL TESTING

Bring your precious metals or ore samples to us to be tested by certified technicians using Xray fluorescence and have the chemical composition accurately measured and reported.

Results will include percentage of each metal in the sample, allowing accurate identification of purity (ie: karat grade for Gold) and representative sampling of ore value.

10. FIELD PMI (POSITIVE MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION)

One of our certified XRF technicians can attend your site and perform PMI on alloy and non-ferrous materials to ensure proper joining of metals under an API 578 or equivalent performance program.

This is an executive service provided to clients within Canada and internationally.
